Using the service
Bigfoot Studio provides AI video generation, media storage, credit balances, and optional paid plans. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and use an accurate account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the prompts and images you submit.
Your inputs and results
You must have the rights or permission required to upload images and other inputs. You give us permission to process and store them to provide the requested service. AI results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, a particular artistic result, or suitability for every commercial use.
Credits and generation
Basic generation costs 15 credits per video; Premium costs 65 credits per video and requires an active or trialing subscription. The cost of a batch is the per-video rate multiplied by the number of outputs. Credits are deducted when a generation request is accepted. Credits for a confirmed failed generation are returned. Pending or uncertain provider submissions are checked before retries.
Paid plans and renewals
All displayed plan prices are in US dollars. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through billing management. Annual credits are allocated in full after a verified annual payment. One-time packs add credits once. Unused credits remain in your balance. Payment confirmation controls credit allocation; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.
Free credits
New accounts receive 10 welcome credits. A 30-credit reward may be claimed once per UTC week from My credits. These are account rewards, not monetary funds. We may change future reward availability; claiming multiple rewards through duplicate or abusive accounts is prohibited.
Public visibility
The public visibility control defaults to on. Public results and their prompts may appear in public listings and may be viewed by others, including through their shared link. Turn it off before submitting a request if you want account-restricted access. You are responsible for selecting the visibility appropriate for your content.
Restrictions and availability
Do not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, exploitation, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to bypass account, billing, or credit controls. We may limit or suspend access for abuse or legal requirements. Generation depends on external providers and may be delayed or unavailable. Configurations that are not ready are reported as unavailable.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period. Requests concerning payments or unused credits are assessed under our refund policy and applicable law. Credit balances are not transferable cash and cannot be withdrawn as money.
Changes and liability
Features and these terms may change as the service evolves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular generated result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
